Zachary "Zach" Roberts-Bruty turned one this December. Zach is a very active, very outgoing little boy who keeps his mom and dad on their toes.
The Roberts-Bruty family is feeling a little pinched for space in their small bungalow, but still managing.
Sandy is almost 40, and Zane is 38. Maybe having their first child in their late 30's has let them have a little more appreciation of the experience, in spite of the challenges.
Naomi, Sandy's friend, is a big help both keeping Sandy feeling sane, and playing with or watching Zach when Sandy needs a break.
Sometimes it is really late by the time they get Zach to sleep
But he's up again in a few hours needing more food to fuel all that activity. He likes those 3 am feedings a lot more than Sandy.
Poor Sandy! Zach seems like a great little kid but the 3am feedings would not be fun at all. At least they won't last forever!

Oh man, waking in the middle of the night, Zach is pretty adorable, but I don't know if anyone is *that* cute at that time once they are toddlers anyway. He really does look ready to play! It's nice she has a friend to keep an eye on Zach so she can get some rest and have company too, which really is a need of its own.
ReplyDeleteMaisie, thanks for commenting! I think maybe very active sims have to eat more often? Sandy definitely seems like the kind of sim to need friends even more than most moms to get through the toddler years.
